When you sign up for the Get Job Ready solution, Get Job Ready team will create your employer account. You will receive an email with link to your site and your account access information.
Go to your employer's site or go to https://www.getjobready.in Enter your Get Job Ready account email address and password
Your branded employer page can be customized with logo, business description and video. To update your employer profile, go to Update employer profile option.
Navigating around the Get Job Ready application is easy. The top navigation allows you to access your Dashboard, Jobs, Colleges and your profile easily from any place in the application. Just click on them to take you to the respective information.
You can access your profile update options by clicking on the name at the top-right corner.
Go to Account Profile option to update your contact information (email address, phone number). You can also upload a picture. Click Submit to save the changes.
Go to Update Password option to update your account password. Your password must be at least 8 characters in length, and contain at least 1 letter and 1 number. Enter your current password, then enter a new password and click Update to change the password.
You can log out of the application by clicking on Signout option under your profile drop-down menu options.
To create a new job posting, log in to your Get Job Ready account and click on Create a Job option. You will be able to create full-time, part-time, job shadowing, internship and volunteer postings.
Upon creating a job, you can easily post it to colleges of your choice. Go o [Colleges-Candidates] option under a select job and click on Post to Colleges option to search, select and post to colleges' job boards.
Using Get Job Ready you can easily assess the candidates by accessing their resumes and profiles. With a click of button, you can screen candidates and assign a status to candidates.
